We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify a spa staff member before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, of course, all of our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.

What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what is comfortable to you.

What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music... just tell us.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
For the safety of your valuables, we recommend you leave them at home. We are not responsible for lost valuables.

Is there a minimum age?
Guests under 18 are welcome with parental permission.

What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
We appreciate a 24 hour notification of any change in your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
